By using Teyna at teyna.red, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Teyna provides automated AI-powered penetration testing for websites and web applications. You submit a URL, we scan it for security vulnerabilities, and deliver a report.
When you submit a request, you must confirm that you are the legal owner of the target OR that you have explicit written authorization from the owner. Requests without this confirmation are rejected. Submitting targets you do not own or are not authorized to test is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized testing may violate computer crime laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not use Teyna to: test systems you do not own or lack authorization to test; conduct denial of service attacks; use scan results to attack the tested system; violate any applicable laws; circumvent our rate limits or security measures.
We conduct all scans in low-noise mode. We will never dump your database, create or delete data on your systems, leave backdoors or persistent payloads, or attack your hosting provider or third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Teyna is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service; Teyna does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities; our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific scan; Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
Free scans are provided at no charge with limited report access. Paid plans unlock full reports. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Scan reports are confidential and accessible only to you. We do not share your scan results with third parties. Report data is encrypted and deleted after 30 days.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, particularly the authorization requirements in Section 3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
